David Tepper, who runs $12 billion distressed debt hedge fund Appaloosa Management, will be on CNBC's "Squawk Box" in any moment.

He's going to talk about the markets, the Fed and the government shutdown.

Tepper came out earlier this year as being extremely bullish on the U.S. stock market.
