LeBron James dressed up as Prince for Halloween and performed 'Purple Rain'

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers didn't let the start of the NBA season get in the way of a good, old fashion Halloween party.

According to a not insignificant number of pictures and videos posted to Instagram by the Cavs, James not only rocked an impressive Prince costume - he also got on stage for some heartfelt lip-syncing and air guitar. His "Purple Rain" performance was especially great.

He even recruited some of his co-stars for some back up vocals:

The party looked like a great time all around. JR Smith even dressed up as Glen Davis!
