Leaked Documents Hint At Next Android Update

bgautrea via FlickrLeaked Qualcomm roadmap slides suggest that Google will announce its next Android operating system, dubbed "Key Lime Pie," in spring 2013, The Verge reports.

Android Police posted the slides on Wednesday, but Qualcomm has since ordered the site to remove the information due to copyright issues. Given Qualcomm's timely response, it's possible that the leaked documents were correct.

The spring dates also line up with Google's I/O conference, which is taking place in May. Last year at Google's I/O conference, the company announced Jelly Bean.
