Here's the only app you need to find rare Pokemon in your area
When you first go into the app, it'll find your location and show every Pokémon, pokestop, and gym nearby.
The pokestops and gym notifications were making the screen too busy, so I swiped from the left side of the screen and went into the settings.
From there, you can remove pokestops and gyms from the display.
That's better. Oh look! A Bulbasaur!
If you tap on the Pokémon, you can ask the app to take you there.
It'll jump to Google Maps and take you to the Pokémon's location.
I switched to the Pokémon Go app, and confirmed that there was indeed a Bulbasaur nearby. Where was it?
Found it!

If you don't want to leave PokéMesh open, you can swipe swipe from the left side of the screen to get to the onscreen settings menu. From there, turn on notifications, which will let you know if there are nearby Pokemon.
If you don't want a particular Pokémon to show up on the map or in your notifications, you can search for it in Pokemesh's Pokémon list.
When you find the Pokémon you want to toggle settings for, tap on it.
You can then decide if you don't want it to show up on the map, or if you don't want notifications for it.
PokéMesh will scan your surroundings in the background and show you what's nearby.
The app also has a cool overlay feature, which will show you where Pokémon are while you're in Google Maps.
It needs a little work. The overlay doesn't quite line up with Google Maps. But in the meanwhile, the PokéMesh app itself covers everything you need to become a Pokémon master.
