Major benchmarks continued to trade flat in early noon trade on Wednesday as traders sold software stocks even as they bought into metal companies. Here is snapshot of the derivatives space on a day that belonged clearly to TCS, whose earnings fell below analysts' expectations.

Nifty Futures fell 4.5 points to 8,134 points.
Bank Nifty Futures rose 7 points to 17,609 points
CNX IT Futures dropped 70 points to 11,430 points
