Several worlds will collide in Singapore this week.

Not only is the Asian city playing host to the first meeting of President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, but several key retail executives will also be meeting close by for the Consumer Goods Forum, which kicks off on Tuesday.

The four-day event is being held at one of Singapore's most luxurious and famous resorts, the Marina Bay Sands, which includes a hotel, mall, casino, and several bars and restaurants.

It's the very same place where Kim Jong Un was spotted arriving on Monday evening. The North Korean leader was greeted by loud cheering as he entered the hotel's lobby downstairs before possibly heading to its rooftop bar on the 57th floor.

While Kim isn't staying at the hotel, he'll be only 15 minutes away at The St. Regis.

On Wednesday, Marina Bay Sands is expected to be full of retail executives from companies including Coca-Cola, Colgate, L'Oréal, and Alibaba. Each evening, attendees from the conference will be meeting to socialize.

Coca-Cola will be hosting a cocktail party on Wednesday. The CEO and president of the company, James Quincey, will be speaking at the conference.
