Ketchup Truck Crash Looks Really Bloody

A truck carrying thousands of bottles of Heinz ketchup crashed on Interstate 80 in Nevada Thursday afternoon, creating an injury-free scene that looked incredibly bloody.

According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, the truck hit the median, knocking over a light pole that cut open the left side of the trailer.

"I have red everywhere on the highway. No bodies, no people, just ketchup,” Sgt. Janay Sherven with the Nevada Highway Patrol told the Gazette-Journal. "The scene looks pretty bad as far as color goes."

The ketchup was cleaned up with snow plows, and has been taken to the dump.
