Kate Middleton has given birthday to a baby boy.
The Duke and Duchess welcomed their third child on Monday at St Mary's Hospital in London, according to Kensington Palace.
The Palace confirmed in a tweet that the baby was born at 11.01 a.m., weighing 8lbs and 7oz.
"The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth," the Palace stated, adding: "Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well."
Their first two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, were born in the same hospital.
The new baby is fifth in line to the throne, bumping Prince Harry to sixth place.
The baby's name is not yet known.
In a separate tweet, the Palace added that "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news."
