You won’t believe who this affable grandpa from Kapoor and Sons is!

Dharma Productions upcoming movie Kapoor and Sons has raised all the bars of excitement amongst viewers, and for several reasons.
One, no one knows anything about the possible plot of the movie; two, there are two male actors, Fawad Khan and Sidharth Malhotra, and only one female actor Alia Bhatt; and three, the looks of the leading actors in the movie have been kept under tight wraps.

To add to the excitement, we now have the first look of the eldest member of the Kapoor household, and the image tells you how affable and lovely this character is going to be.

Wondering, who the actor is, who could have pulled off this cute character?

What if we tell you that this actor has been in the movies for a good four and a half decades now, and belongs to the first family of Bollywood, which coincidentally, shares its surname with the characters in the movie?

What if we tell you that the modest actor likes to identify himself as “the son of a famous father” and “the father of a famous son”?

Yes, you guessed it right. This cute little Dadaji is none other than seasoned actor Rishi Kapoor, who is on a spree to prove that there is nothing that he can’t do when it comes to acting.

The first look of Dadaji was shared by actor Rishi Kapoor on his Twitter handle, the one that he has been using to interact with thousands of his fans, as well as those of his son, actor Ranbir Kapoor.

The trailer of Kapoor and Sons would be out on 10th February, and in all honesty, we can’t wait to watch both the trailer and the movie.
The movie has been directed by Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu fame Shakun Batra, and Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy have composed the music. The movie would also see Sanjay Dutt and Amrita Puri in supporting roles.
