Japan Is Rising, US Futures Are Higher

There are some disconcerting details in this National Review report about how the House GOP would handle any deal that comes out of the Senate (if a deal ever materializes).

But regardless, markets are higher this evening.

Japan is up modestly after gains in the US Monday.
