If you have been planning for your dream home for quite some time, this might be the right time to decide. Thanks to the unsold inventory, the real estate firms are raining offers to lure buyers with freebies in terms of payment schemes, no EMI till possession, assured return and buy back policy. As reported by the Economic Times, an overflow of unsold properties amounting from 55% to 60% present in Delhi NCR has put the real estate firms in a bummer.

For instance, Orabella, a multi studio apartment project of MMR group has offered schemes with 12 % assured return per annum till possession on payment of 90%. Schemes of 11% assured return on 50% payment and buy back scheme of 28% return after 2 years on 40% payment are few buyer magnets the companies are using strategically.

Some deals offered in this festive season are quite lucrative for the ones willing to invest. Commenting on the Navratra freebies, KushagrAnsal, Director, Ansal Housing told the financial daily, "The demand for real estate has been on a rise recently with the positive sentiments floating in the market due to decreasing inflation.”

Keeping no stones unturned to make the most sale this season, Unnati Fortune is offering fortunes like gold coins to 51 early birds booking homes. Their recent carnival on home buying ‘Ghar Paisa Gaadi’ was organized to woo buyers with luxury cars and easy payments scheme.
