It Was 8 Degrees Chicago Last Night, And It Greatly Improved Monday Night Football

As we saw this weekend, extreme weather makes football so much better.

Last night's Bears-Cowboys Monday Night Football game was no exception.

It was 8 degrees in Chicago - making it fourth-coldest Bears game ever - with a wind chill of -9.

It made for some fantastic scenes on and off the field in an otherwise anticlimactic 45-28 Bears blowout.

In an alarming development, beers were freezing in the stands:

A Cowboys player wrapped himself in a parka:

The water bottles were frozen, and staff had to hold them in front of a heater to warm them up:
