<p>The Dow could hit its all-time high today.</p>
<p>The index closed yesterday at 14,127.82. <a href="http://www.latimes.com/business/money/la-fi-mo-as-dow-nears-alltime-high-retail-investors-remain-bullish-20130304,0,4218295.story">The all time high if 14,164.53</a>.</p>
<p>So we need a gain of just about 37 points. Futures are pointing to about half of that.</p>
