You really need to read these alleged DMs from Sam Bankman-Fried.

Vox's Kelsey Piper published screenshots from her Tuesday night conversation with Bankman-Fried, and the entire thing is required reading if you've been following the FTX saga and the spectacular fall from grace of its founder and former CEO.

The exchange offers a window into Bankman-Fried's unfiltered views on regulators, his regrets (filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy), past statements he says he made for "PR," and what happened with the collapse of FTX.

It includes eyebrow-raising quotes, like Bankman-Fried saying "fuck regulators," and that "they make everything worse."

FTX, meanwhile, took to Twitter to say that Bankman-Fried doesn't speak for the company anymore since resigning from his role.
