The Danish business culture is all about flexibility—65% of expats work remotely part of the time, and 82% say the workplace supports this.

Saudi Arabia is making waves as a top destination for expat careers, with 55% of respondents praising the local job market. The kingdom ranks 2nd for salary and job security, and 75% of expats agree that the move has boosted their career prospects. However, the long workweek—averaging 47.8 hours—means work-life balance isn’t as strong here.

Expats also appreciate the modern infrastructure and luxurious lifestyle. However, long working hours can be a downside, but the financial perks often outweigh the challenges.
