The chicken, processed by Innovative Solutions, Inc. in Kent, Washington, includes Trader Joe's Chili Lime Chicken Burgers and bulk-pack boxes of Spinach Feta Chicken Sliders sold by other retailers.
The recall, which was announced on Wednesday by the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service, is limited to products processed between August 16 and September 29, 2021. Specific lot codes of the recalled products can be found on the USDA's FSIS website.
"FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers' freezers," the FSIS said in a statement on their website. "Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase."
