Rocky VII: Obamacare. The Affordable Care Act survived yet another attack by the GOP when the US Supreme Court upheld it, saying that the GOP-controlled states challenging the law lacked standing. The 7-2 ruling leaves the Obama-era healthcare law intact and preserves coverage for millions of Americans.

Could a pill stop a pandemic? The Biden administration announced that it will invest $3.2 billion in the development of antiviral medicines for COVID-19 and other viruses with "pandemic potential." Dr. Anthony Fauci said that such drugs, "especially oral drugs that could be taken at home early in the course of disease, would be powerful tools for battling the pandemic."

$45 for some bananas. Kim Jong Un has warned that North Korea is struggling to maintain food supplies because of grain shortages brought about by typhoons last year. Prices are reportedly spiking, with a kilogram of bananas now costing $45 in the capital of Pyongyang. Experts don't believe the shortage will lead to a country-wide famine.

El Chapo who? It's been five years since cartel chief Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán was arrested for the last time. But according to official US data, security analysts, and some of his own lawyers, business has never been better for his cartel. One expert said that seeing the arrest or killing of cartel leaders as a blow to those cartels is misleading.

Victoria's (New) Secret. Victoria's Secret is abandoning its scantily dressed Angels, saying they're no longer "culturally relevant." The lingerie giant said on Wednesday that it was partnering with entrepreneurs and activists, such as Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Megan Rapinoe, to promote a new brand image.
