What's going on today:
- What a dump. Chinese ships have dumped so much poop in the South China Sea, you can see it from space: report. Sewage discharged from more than 200 Chinese vessels around the contested Spratly Islands is causing extensive damage to coral reefs.
- A step in the wrong direction. Tennessee department of health to stop vaccine outreach and events for children and teenagers for all diseases - including COVID-19. On Monday, the state government dismissed the top vaccine official for trying to get teens vaccinated as COVID-19 cases continue to rise.
- The only dating app allowed in Iran. Iran's game plan to boost marriage rates is a state-approved app that mandates that all its users take a psychology test. The app also requires couples who meet each other through the app to agree to a consultant checking in on them during their first four years of marriage.
- An offensive MTG comment. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene misgendered Caitlyn Jenner, and called her a "man in a dress." Greene called the California gubernatorial candidate a "never Trumper," and said Jenner's supporters are "playing the left's stupid identity politics game."
- The family that riots together ... A Texas family of five was charged in breaching the Capitol after one member posted on social media: "Holy s--- we were inside the f---ing capital." The Munn family was placed at the Capitol using CCTV footage inside the building and their social media posts and conversations, according to court documents.
