The Czech ski resort just opened a new bridge to the public on May 13.

It's called Sky Bridge 721.

Its name comes from the fact that it spans 721 meters, or roughly 2,365 feet, in length.

This makes it the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world.

The title previously belonged to the Arouca Bridge in Portugal, which measures 516 meters, or about 1,693 feet, in length.

"Marvelous, impressive, the bridge moves, so you think something is going to happen," he told the AP. "I wonder what is going to happen when it is windy."

Another early visitor, Austrian blogger Victoria Fellner, told CNN Travel the bridge didn't move as much as she feared it would.

"I was afraid that the suspension bridge would shake a lot, but it wasn't that bad," Fellner told CNN Travel. "The view is really impressive and you can even see the forest below through the trellis! Luckily I'm not afraid of heights."
