Four Seasons Total Landscaping, the suburban garden center where Rudy Giuliani held a bizarre post-election press conference in November, made $1.3 million in merchandise sales, according to its owners.
Sean Middleton, the center's director of sales, told Business Insider that ever since the event, the family-run business has been "overwhelmed" with thousands of orders for their official merchandise.
The business, which offers a range of grounds maintenance services, has also been inundated with selfie-taking visitors, gifts, and even requests to host weddings.
"I haven't had a day off in 26 days, working 16 to 18 hours a day because we have to keep our core business sustained and also honor the business that we took on with all this merchandise," Middleton told Business Insider over the phone.
"We are still getting called by all the major media outlets all over the world. Our office line has been going off the chain. On the day after the press conference, we probably had 600 or 700 calls to our office line, all of which we dealt with personally," he added.
Middleton estimates that around 28,000 orders were made in the first five days following the press conference, which brought in $1.3 million in merchandise sales. This figure was originally reported by the Philadelphia Inquirer on Tuesday.
Middleton said their most popular orders had been their $25 traditional green logo t-shirt, which is what their workers wear on job sites during the season.
Other sought-for items include their "Make America rake again" and "Lawn and Order" shirts.
Four Seasons Total Landscaping is also located next to a sex shop called Fantasy Land, which has also been selling merchandise. It is unclear how much they have made in sales since the press conference.
Business Insider reached out for comment but did not hear back in time for publication.
"I think once all these are out, we will have the opportunity to look at all this and realize that we have people all over the world supporting this little family-run business from Holmesburg, northeast
The family-run garden center, located in the suburbs of Pennsylvania, became the subject of international attention after Trump's election team accidentally chose it to host a press conference contesting the election results.
Middleton told the Inquirer that he was in Bible study when he received a Trump campaign staffer call early on November 7, who asked if the company would be willing to host a
"We thought it was nonchalant," he told the Inquirer. "It wasn't even determined that it would be at Four Seasons Total Landscaping. It was just, 'Hey, you're one of the areas.'"
"I gave them the address, I said where we were, where they can meet us, and that was that," Middleton added.
Giuliani, who is President Trump's personal attorney, was the main person to speak at the event, where he made baseless accusations of election fraud. His speech was later interrupted after major news networks called the election race for President-elect Joe Biden.
Middleton said he knew several hours after the press conference that they had to get merchandise up on our website as quickly as possible.
Since then, the team has been working around the clock to send out their merchandise worldwide, receiving orders from countries including the UK, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
Their merch has also caught the attention of celebrities, including CNN host Jake Tapper, and actors Mike Meyers and Emma Watson.

An unlikely tourist landmark
"We are just blown away that all corners of the world that have been purchasing Four Seasons Total Landscaping merchandise," said Middleton. "One thing I wasn't so aware of was that there are people all over the world that are paying attention to US politics and are interested in it and know enough to know that this press briefing was just funny."
In the month since then, the small business has also been flooded with visitors, who either ask for selfies or stage photoshoots by their gates. Four Seasons has also reportedly been sent a range of different gifts, including cheesesteaks, fruit baskets, and even beard oil, the Inquirer reported.
Most recently, two sisters who lived in different states met outside Four Seasons Total Landscaping for their Thanksgiving meal, Middleton said.
Others have asked if they can hold a party or even a wedding at the business, according to the Inquirer.
"We had two large gates that have barbed wire at the top because of where our location is. They're usually shut because it isn't safe to come on the property because we're a construction yard. But some passerby came up when the gates were closed and hung two Christmas wreaths on each side of the gate," Middleton said.
The garden center hopes to use the $1.3 million to take care of its employees who have been "working so hard to help us out this past month." It will also be making some charitable contributions to local organizations.
Middleton also said that the business had not taken any political stance, adding that it would have welcomed "any presidential candidate" to their property.
"It's something we can all come together on. In a time where we're in a pandemic, it's the election season, and it was an election year - the division is even greater on both sides and it was just nice to come together and laugh at this because this is just funny," he said.
