Instagram is down.
Numerous users across the world are reporting issues with the photo-sharing app as of Thursday. Down Detector, a website that tracks outages, details reports of issues across the United States, South America, and Europe. (Business Insider reporters in San Francisco and New York were all unable to refresh the app.)
The outages don't seem to be affecting Instagram's parent company Facebook - but comes after a spate of outages over the last few months for the embattled social networking giant.
An Instagram spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
