Walmart+ is slated to be a major competitor for Amazon Prime. But how will the two rival services stack up?
Amazon Prime dates back to 2005. Amazon has had 15 years to establish and refine its perks.
Recode reported that Walmart's members-only subscription service will launch in July. The launch will bring about a number of perks for early adopters, many of which seem tailor-made to compete with Amazon's Prime subscription service. But because it has not yet launched, the benefits of the Walmart+ program are far less sketched out.
