Ah, the joys of Thanksgiving dinner. Good food, good company, good times.

Quite a few years back, I volunteered to take over the annual Thanksgiving dinner for my extended family. Since then, I've cooked a lot of turkeys, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and green beans, and whipped up plenty of cranberry sauce.
