New fitness features include using your voice to begin tracking a workout — saying "begin pull-ups," for example, will initiate pull-up tracking on the Galaxy Watch 3. It also includes new sensors for tracking workouts and health, including support for reading SpO2 and VO2 max levels. Samsung added trip/fall detection to the Galaxy Watch 3 as well, which can send a custom SOS message to emergency contacts.

The Galaxy Watch 3 also comes with blood pressure and ECG sensors for better heart monitoring and tracking, but those features aren't available in the US yet — the FDA still has to approve these features before making them available.

You can buy the 41mm and 45mm versions of the Galaxy Watch 3 now from Best Buy, Samsung, and other retailers.
