The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a Marriott-owned property located in the Disney BoardWalk area.
Even though it's managed by an outside party, it offers guests all the perks of staying at a deluxe Disney resort.
I've stayed at the hotel a number of times, and I recently spent two nights by myself in a deluxe resort-view room with a king bed and a balcony. Although room rates fluctuate throughout the year, I paid $390 a night, which included taxes and the $40 resort fee.
