The Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament final is today, as the brief competition wraps up ahead of March Madness next week. After yesterday's semis, we're all set to see the Illinois Fighting Illini vs. Wisconsin Badgers, so let us show you how to watch the Big Ten final live stream.

The tournament's viewing options have changed almost daily, but thankfully, the final will be on the same channels as yesterday's semi-finals. If you're currently out of the country, we'' show you how to access your existing subscriptions from anywhere in the world with a VPN.

In short, the Big Ten final will be shown on CBS. You can get this via a Hulu with Live TV bundle or save even more money by getting the channel on the Showtime tier of Paramount Plus - all the links and prices are in the box below.

How to watch the Big Ten tournament final in the USA

The Big Ten series is a convoluted tournament to watch if you wanted to see every game earlier this week, but the final, like yesterday's semi-finals, will be shown on CBS. If you don't have that channel at home, the cheapest way to get it today is to pick up a month of Paramount+ with Showtime at $11.99 per month - but you'll get a 7-day free trial first.

Hulu + Live TV is a streaming bundle with the Big Ten Network (required for earlier rounds) and CBS. Subscriptions start at $76.99 per month and that admittedly high price also comes with Disney Plus and ESPN Plus thrown in.

So, any of those options is all you need for today's game. If you're curious as to what sort of hot mess you've avoided by not trying to watch the earlier rounds, here's what you missed:

The first round of the competition featured two games on March 13 and was only available to live stream on Peacock. Peacock subscriptions start at $5.99 per month and include access to other sports options, like NBC Sports and GolfPass. While those were the only live games Peacock had for this tournament, you can still watch replays of those two match-ups on the app.

The second round (March 14) and quarterfinals (March 15) aired on the Big Ten Network. BTN is a channel option for multiple live TV packages, including Sling TV and Hulu + Live TV. When it comes to Sling TV, you needed to choose their Blue option and add the Sports Extra bundle to get BTN. Sling Blue subscriptions go for $40 per month, and Sports Extra is an additional $11 per month, but new users get an introductory $20 discount at Sling. Your first month's total would be $31; it will be $51 every month after that. But bear in mind that Sling TV doesn't have CBS, so you'd have to track it down elsewhere for the semi-finals and championship.

If you're not in the US at the moment but you still want to use your existing subscriptions, it might be time to try a VPN (virtual private network). VPNs change your electronic device's location so that you can access apps and websites that might not be available in some regions. They're also solid ways to increase your online security and privacy. Since most of the aforementioned streaming services need US forms of payment, this VPN option is best for Americans who are just abroad right now.
