Inside the £15 million Mayfair mansion once owned by one of Britain's biggest steel tycoons

Many of London's most luxurious properties have fancy features like swimming pools, pizza lifts, and even private art galleries, but what many don't have is history.

A £15 million house that has just gone on the market in Mayfair - home to Qatari emirs, old money British aristocrats, and titans of industry - bucks that trend.

41 Green Street was built in the early 20th century for British steel tycoon and politician, Sir Frederick Mills, and was designed by one of London's most famous architects of the time.

Mills and his wife, Lady Edith lived in the house between 1922 and his death in 1953, and it was sold in 1955.

The house is being marketed by Knight Frank and Wetherell, and is described as "a magnificent townhouse mansion with an illustrious history." Take a look inside below.
