India’s first pod hotel has come up in Mumbai. This is how it looks from the inside

India has got its first pod hotel and it is in Mumbai’s Andheri area. The chic pod hotel by Urbanpod is a smart option from new-age travellers.

Urbanpod’s pod hotel is modern, stylish and minimalist. Even though the space is less, the pods do not comprise on cost, comfort, quality and feel.

These pods, which are divided into classic pods, suite pods, male and female, offer a unique experience, where solo travellers can also network.

Urbanpod offers 140-pods with various upgrades and are arranged, side-by-side and one-upward. The cost varies between Rs 1800 and Rs 3200, excluding taxes.
