Mumbai has double the number of billionaires than Delhi

No. of billionaires: 31 | No. of centimillionaires: 249 | Mumbai has the highest number of millionaires and billionaires among all cities in India. According to Henley and Partners report, the city is projected to have 80 percent growth in High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) by 2031.

Delhi

No. of billionaires: 15 | No. of centimillionaires: 122 | The capital city of India is home to 30,500 HNWIs and over 2,000 multi-millionaires. However, this number could rise by 80 percent in the next ten years, says the report.

Kolkata

No. of billionaires: 6 | No. of centimillionaires: 50 | Kolkata, which is known for its theatre, films, and architecture, has created over 800 HNWIs. In the last 10 years, the city saw a 7 percent increase in the number of HNWIs.

No. of billionaires: 6 | No. of centimillionaires: 46 | The tech city of India may see a 90 percent growth in the number of HNWIs, which is currently home to 11,700.
