Raisen (MP), Apr 18 () Three revenue departmentofficials have been placed under suspension in Raisen districtin Madhya Pradesh after a photograph showing them holdingliquor bottles went viral on social media.

There is a nationwide lockdown across the country tillMay 3 for the coronavirus outbreak and all liquor shops havebeen shut down during the period.

"Patwaris Ajay Dhakad, Dharmendra Mehra and DayaramArma have been suspended after their photographs holdingliquor bottles went viral on social media. It amounts totarnishing the government's image," Bareli Sub DivisionalMagistrate (SDM) Brijendra Rawat told on Saturday.
