Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 29 () A television journalistand three healthcare workers were among the ten people whotested positive for COVID-19 in Kerala on Wednesday, ChiefMinister Pinarayi Vijayan said. The journalist from Kasaragod became the first from themedia to test positive for coronavirus in the state. Media personnelneed to be careful and should exercisecaution while engaging in news gathering,Vijayan toldreporters here. Of the new cases, six were reported from Kollam, two eachfrom Thiruvananthapuram andKasaragod. Ten people tested negative on Wednesday, the ChiefMinister added. As of Tuesday, the state had 123 active cases while theaggregate stood at 485. UDVS VS
