Dharavi's coronavirus count reaches 101 with 15 new cases

Mumbai, Apr 17 () The number of coronavirus casesin Mumbai's Dharavi slum area reached 101 on Friday with 15new patients being detected, said an official of theBrihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.

A 62-year-old COVID-19 patient from the area died atSion hospital, he added.

A total of 10 coronavirus patients from this denselypopulated area have died so far.

Three new cases each were found in Matunga labourcamp, Muslim Nagarand Indira Nagar, two at Social Nagar andone each at Dr Baliga Nagar,Laxmi Chawl, Janata society andSarvoday Society on Friday, said the BMC official. KKKRK KRK
