The government continued to maintain that wearing of masks is compulsory across the state. While schools and colleges continue to remain shut, the government is considering the reopening of educational institutions from July, in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines.

Here are the new guidelines

  1. All markets, shops will remain open. Malls will open from June 8.
  2. All religious places will open from June 8, but social distancing will be mandatory.
  3. Cabs and auto rickshaws can now ply on the roads but with only two passengers.
  4. Construction is now allowed.
  5. All industrial and economic activities outside of containment zones will be allowed with 100% employees. Businesses have to apply for a pass at Saral Haryana portal.
  6. E-commerce companies can now operate in all areas.
  7. All interstate and intra state travel is now allowed.
  8. People entering from Delhi will now not need a pass to enter Gurugram.
  9. Sports activities can now start from 5 am instead of the earlier scheduled time of 7 am.
  10. For weddings, the number of guests should not exceed 50 and while for funerals, the number of people attending should not exceed 20.
  11. Hotels can now operate from June 8.
  12. Cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theaters, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls, religious and cultural events in the state will be allowed to function after the government’s review.
