including sixty policemen, suffered injury due to violent protests that broke out near Congress leader R Akhanda Srinivasa Murthy house in east Bengaluru. Local police authorities
have said that the accused have been already arrested and are now requesting people to maintain the decorum of the city. Moreover, the police have also
imposed section 144 — which bars gathering of more than four people — in the city. A curfew has been imposed in DJ Halli, KG Halli and Kavalbyrasandra area.
