India has been an important place for Facebook: Zuckerberg tells PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Facebook Headquarters for his debut Townhall interaction and CEO Mark Zuckerberg shook hands with him outside while receiving him.
Beginning his one-on-one with Modi, Mark Zuckerberg admitted that India has been an important place for Facebook, adding “My mentor Steve Jobs told me to visit an Indian temple to find the vision for my company."
Going on to speak of Digital India, Zuckerberg said, "I am personally impressed by the way PM Modi has used social media to connect with people of India be it women's issues or to spread messages of peace."
Responding To Zuckerberg’s admission, Modi said that it is incredible that people in the US who want to start something are asked to come to India for inspiration.
"I hope that you will be the voice of millions of people all over the world and be aspirations for millions," he told Zuckerberg.
