'I just want the facts to come out:' Avenatti client and 3rd Kavanaugh accuser gives first on-camera interview, says investigation is needed for a lifetime seat

Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, said in her first on-camera interview that she wants "American people to have those facts and judge for themselves" if Kavanaugh deserves a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.
Swetnick said that she believes the behavior she claimed to witness from him in the 1980s should disqualify him from the court, and that the allegations made against him need to be investigated.
"He's going to have that seat for rest of his life. If he's gonna have that seat legitimately, all these things should be investigated, because from what I experienced first-hand, I don't think he belongs on the Supreme Court," she said.
A preview of the interview with Showtime's "The Circus" aired on Thursday morning. The full interview will air on Sunday.
In a sworn declaration made public by attorney Michael Avenatti, Swetnick said Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge engaged in "abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls" at house parties in high school in the early 1980s.
Swetnick alleges that Kavanaugh was present at a party where women, including her, were "gang raped."
Kavanaugh denies these and all other sexual misconduct allegations made against him. He called Swetnick's allegations out of the "Twilight Zone."
Her comments come as Kavanaugh is due to testify on Thursday against sexual assault allegations made against him by Christine Blasey Ford.
Ford says that Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her, and held his hand over her mouth as she screamed at a high school party in the 1980s.
