Maya Leggat was standing on the platform at White Plains station when 39-year-old Howard Mickens allegedly pushed her in front of an oncoming train.

Mickens was arrested at the station and charged with attempted homicide. He has 11 previous arrests, according to the Post.

Leggat - who lives in White Plains - was treated for a severed artery in her leg at Westchester County Medical Center, among other injuries.

"She's gonna need multiple surgeries on her leg - it could take months ... She also has a head injury. She's cut up pretty bad," a family member told the Post.
