How to turn off subtitles on Netflix on a desktop browser
1. Open Netflix on your desktop browser.
2. Play the show you wish to watch, and find the icon that looks like a text box in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. While hovering over the icon, a menu will pop up. On the right side under "Subtitles," find "Off."

How to turn off subtitles on an iPhone or Android
1. Open the Netflix app on iPhone.
2. Find and play your desired program.
3. Tap the screen. A menu should pop up from the bottom. Find the "Audio & Subtitles" option or the icon that looks like a text box.
4. On the right side of the menu titled "Subtitles," find "Off" - this will turn off the subtitles for this show and all videos on the app unless turned on again.

How to turn off subtitles on Netflix on Roku
1. Open the Netflix app.
2. Select the video you want to watch.
3. At the bottom of the same menu where you would press "Play" to start the program is the "Audio & subtitles" menu. Find it, and press "OK" on your remote.
4. Audio and subtitle options will appear for that particular video. Using the navigation arrows on your remote, access the "'Subtitles" menu on the right side and click "Off."
How to turn off subtitles on Netflix on Apple TV
1. On the homescreen, find "Settings."
2. In the "Settings" menu, click on "General."
3. Find "Accessibility."
4. Make sure your "Accessibility Menu" is turned on.
5. Next, launch Netflix, find a show you wish to watch, and press play.
6. On your Apple TV remote, hold down the "Menu" button (or swipe down on the touchpad if you have an Apple TV 4 remote or later).
7. In the pop-up menu, scroll down to "Closed Caption" and click it by using the circular "Select" button on your remote so the check mark disappears.
How to turn off subtitles on Netflix on Xbox One
1. Launch Netflix from the Xbox menu.
2. Select the video you want to watch.
3. Once you've selected a video to watch, there will be a menu on the left side of the screen. Find "Audio and Subtitles" and tap 'A' on your controller.
