I don't really care about those 'XYZ is live notifications' that I keep getting on #Facebook. It is screwing up my experience, totally.

It seems people aren't really fans of all the notifications they get whenever someone they know (or some brand they follow) posts a live video on Facebook.
Facebook is apparently working on a way to let people unsubscribe from live videos on a channel-by-channel basis, whether it's people or fan pages. We reached out to Facebook on when people can expect this change, but the company was not immediately available for comment.
Until then, though, there is an easy way to turn off notifications for all your Facebook Live activity.
In Facebook's mobile or web app, open Settings, click on Notifications, click "On Facebook," then turn off Live Video notifications.
