We recently sat down with Camille Sweeney and Josh Gosfield, authors of The Art Of Doing: How Superachievers Do What They Do And How They Do It So Well, who shared with us what they learned from some of the world's most productive people.
One of the key takeaways? Superachievers have mastered the art of delegation. "The larger the goal is that you're attempting to pursue, the more people you're going to need who are allied with that cause," says Gosfield.
