What’s important to know is sleeping less than five hours per night can double your risk of heart disease, heart attack and stroke. Moreover, if you don’t sleep enough, your brain’s energy is not replenished. And so, you are more harm than good, not only to your body but also to your work too.
There is also a persistent relationship between lack of sleep and weight gain, insulin resistance and diabetes. But all of these problems can be warded off just by getting the right amount of sleep. That’s all that needs to be done!
