How McDonald's Gets The Egg On Your McMuffin Perfect Every Time

"Does your company use real eggs?" the customer asked on McDonald's Canada's website. "They look too perfect."
McDonald's responded with a video showing its process for cooking the "freshly-cracked, Grade A Large egg."

The company did break the mold for its Egg White Delight sandwich, which is basically a McMuffin with egg whites.
The egg whites are cooked to have more jagged edges.
