Daman and Diu is a union territory of the country located in the Western India. Spanning over an area of just 112 km2, this is the smallest federal division in the democracy. The union territory has only one constituency for the Lok Sabha. The Election Commission of India has announced that the elections will happen in Daman and Diu in one go on April 23 during the 3rd round of polling across the country. Along with the other constituencies of the country, the counting will happen on May 23 with the results declared on the same day.
