Two of the French Riviera capital's best 5-star hotels are the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée — housed in an Art Deco building from 1930 — and the Hotel Negresco, in a beautiful Belle Époque building with a Michelin-starred restaurant.
