Here's what it would cost to live in your favourite fictional homes

Last month, an unassuming 3-bedroom house in Berkshire hit the market for £475,000. The home was also famous, however, for its appearance as 4 Privet Drive in the Harry Potter films.

Homes like 4 Privet Drive are synonymous with the shows and movies they feature in- they form an integral part of our on-screen entertainment.

Which? Mortgage Advisors have calculated the costs of some of the most famous fictional residencies in the world. The figures are estimates based on previous valuations, which are then increased in line with the growth in property prices.

For the properties that do exist, they looked at similar properties in the area to create an estimate value.
