If you're from Chicago or Cleveland, you've probably already had a rooting interest. If you're just tuning in or unsure of who to root for, there are a myriad of ways to pick a team.
Courtesy of the folks at Bespoke Investment Group, we took a look at how the stock market preformed after each of the two teams previous World Series wins (it's been a long time for both teams). Maybe the results will sway your rooting interest.
Now obviously, these should be taken with a grain of salt considering the small sample size, completely different macroeconomic settings, and - let's be honest - dubious at best correlation.
