It's coach Mike Woodson wearing quite the polka-dot shirt. It appears the dots are only on the front of the shirt and not the back? Or at least not the shoulders.

This is the wildest piece of NBA fashion we've seen in a while. Smith said it's one of the "top 5" worst shirts he's ever seen:
