Heads up! We are minutes away from the release of the final results of Markit's U.S. manufacturing PMI survey, due out at 9:45 AM ET.

Economists predict the report's headline index fell to 56.0 in March from February's 57.1 reading, indicative of a minor slowdown in the pace of expansion in American manufacturing. Preliminary results released by Markit a week ago suggested the index would fall to 55.5.
