At 10:00 a.m. ET, the Richmond Fed will publish the results of its regional manufacturing activity survey.

Economists estimate that the headline index climbed to 2 in April from -7 in March.

Everyone's watching for information that would confirm that any slowdown in during the winter was related to weather.
