The Philadelphia Fed's Manufacturing Business Outlook survey is set to cross the tape at 8:30 a.m. ET.

The reading on the health of the manufacturing in and around Philadelphia is expected to come in at 1.0 based on data collected from economists by Bloomberg.

This would be a slight decline from August's reading of 2.0, but still in expansionary territory.
